REFUND POLICY
Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
However, for the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be returned in its original condition, with all its parts, components and packaging intact.
Normal handling is the only acceptable treatment. Items damaged through negligence will not be accepted.
Products that require hygiene must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
If an item is defective upon delivery, you should report it immediately.
Auri Marbella reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 30 business days and, if the requirements are met, the return will be confirmed during this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the item has been used or damaged without our responsibility.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
If your order meets the above conditions, follow these steps to start the return process:

Order number
Reason for return
Photo of the product (if it is damaged)
Your full name
Your address
We will contact you to provide you with the return address.
⚠️ Never send the package directly to the sender; always wait for our instructions.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (REFLECTION PERIOD)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase under the following conditions, provided that the purchase was made for personal purposes and not for commercial purposes:
A. Conditions of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the last item in your order.
Because our ordering system is fully automated, orders are processed and shipped immediately after they are placed.
This means we cannot stop the shipment once it has started. A refund is only possible after we have received and returned the merchandise.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a clear statement to Auri Marbella (for example, by email) notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The return is considered complete once we have received the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
ORDERS IN TRANSIT
Since our items are shipped from Asia, delivery times may occasionally be longer than expected, and this is beyond our control.
If your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel it until the goods have been delivered.
We recommend that you notify us in advance and return the package as soon as possible.
Please provide proof of shipment to expedite the process.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU CANCEL?
Once we receive your cancellation and the returned merchandise, we will refund the amount paid, excluding shipping costs.
If you selected a shipping option that was more expensive than our standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of the standard option.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
